Copa Minas Brazil Masters age Volleyball tour / tournament dates

Tour Dates : July 25th - Aug 4th 2023 

Tournament Dates:  July 28 - 29- 30 2023

Brazil Volleyball Tour
Day 1 Depart the USA for our overnight flight to Brazil

​

Day 2 Arrive Sao Paulo

After our over night flight to Brazil we will transfer to Belo Horizonte the 3rd largest city in Brazil and home of the Copa Minas Evening is Free

​

Day 3 Adjustment day and team practice day

After Breakfast we will go to the Mina Tennis Club the largest Athletic Club is South American and home of the Copa Minas to practice and play friendly games before the tournament starts.  Evening is free

Day 4 Copa Minas Tournament

After Breakfast we will go to the tournament site.  Pool play.  Evening is free
 

Day 5 Copa Minas Tournament

After Breakfast we will go to the tournament site.  Pool play continues, playoffs start today. Players party is scheduled in the evening.

Day 6 Copa Minas Tournament then to RIO

After Breakfast we will go to the tournament site.    Semi and Finals play in the morning.

Following the finals we will transfer by motor coach to the airport for our flight from Belo Horizonte to RIO

We will transfer the group to our 4 star hotel in the city of Rio de Janeiro on Copacabana beach. We will be accommodated in double rooms with private bath. In the afternoon we will have an orientation walking tour of Copacabana Beach.  The rest of the day will be free to explore the Copacabana / Ipanema area, take a walk and swim at the beach. In the evening we will have dinner near our hotel at one of the beach side restaurants.

Day 7  RIO -
After breakfast, we will go to Sugar Loaf Mountain the second most famous site in Rio.  We will return to Hotel for independent sightseeing or play some friendly beach competitions.  In the evening we will go to a famous Brazilian barbecue  
 

Day 8 RIO - 
After breakfast we will take a tour to the most famous Rio landmarks Christ the Redeemer. From Christ the Redeemer we will have incredible views of Rio de Janeiro. Later in the afternoon we will visit the hippie market of Ipanema, where they have many interesting leather articles and souvenirs.  The evening is free.

Day 9 RIO - 

After breakfast we will walk to the Moro do Leme high above Copacabana beach.  We will see the lush tropical forest of RIO and be visited by some of its furry friendly monkeys.  The Afternoon is a free day to hang out at the beach, play some friendly beach volleyball games or go shopping.  Today is our last day in RIO

Day 10 RIO and Return  

After Breakfast we have a 1/2 day free before we go to the airport.    To check in for our night flight back to the USA.

Day 11  Arrive to the USA from Brazil on our overnight flight.

Return to our Hometown airport.
