This will be our 26th season of taking volleyball players on the trip of a lifetime to Europe, and it will be the 6th year going to Rio.  We offer two - three equally exciting tours each year; Tour One: The December tour, mid December and return to be home just before Christmas.  A great place to do some Christmas shopping, and enjoy it .... In Rio it will be summer expect fantastic summer weather, with temperatures in the upper 80's - 90's. 
Tour Two:  March;  It will be the start of the Fall season in Rio with temperatures in the mid 80's and less crowed - in a word perfect.  Tour Three: The End of October - First part of November, the start of Rio's summer.  This tour will be the Masters Age Volleyball tournament.  One of the featured activities will be to play in the Brazil Masters age group volleyball tournament.

I wanted to share with you some of the most frequently asked questions..... to help you and your friends make a decision about joining us on our next tour.  Adult Player Application Form

Q.  Do I need to have a whole team to join, or can I sign up as an individual?
A.  We have BOTH programs available.  MOST players sign up as an individual (or with a friend).  We then make teams out of the individual players using their age, their skill level and experience as guidelines.  FULL TEAMS are welcome to join us, they would play as their own team.

Q. I live in the Midwest ...where do I have to go to start the tour?
A.  We have the players from all over the USA and Canada join us each year.  Our ticketing agent will make all of the flight arraignments for you.

Q. How do I register / sign up?

Q. Is there a try out?  How good do you have to be.... Who makes the team?
A. We have players from all over the USA (and Canada) that send us applications.  We want to take fun loving, volleyball players who love to travel, meet new friends and love volleyball.  We want to have all of the players be about the same skill levels.  We then accept players onto the team on a first come first accepted basis, and by position.  The sooner you fill out an application, and pay your deposit you will be guaranteed your space on the next tour .  We do have limited number of spaces for each tour.

Q.  Are NON Players welcome?
A.  We encourage, spouse and significant others to share the experience with us.  Each tour we have non players  that join in on the fun and excitement.

Q.  How many players on a team?
A.  Everyone that is accepted onto the team is a volleyball player.  All players want to play as much as possible.  We keep the team small to ensure everyone has amble playing time. We have 7-8 players per team.

Q. Who do we play?
A.  We play local club teams, we will play both indoor and beach competitions.

Q. Do we get uniforms....?
A.  Yes we get shirts, shorts, and back-pack, all with the Goodwill Team logo

Q. What do I have to do to secure my place?
A. 1.  Fill out the application form
2. send in your payment for the $500.00 tour deposit, it is that simple.

Q.  Does the $500.00 apply to my trip?
A.. YES... Adult Player Application Form

Q. When do I need to do this...?
A. As soon as possible.  Space is limited, we need to book you ticket BEFORE the deadline. The Tour FILLS EARLY each year ... plan ahead, get your application in early.
